Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies Envly uses, why they are used and how you can manage your choices.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. They can maintain a session, remember a user’s authentication state and support security as a user moves between pages.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies support account authentication, maintain server-side session state where needed, including the Google OAuth sign-in flow, protect access to private pages and remember your cookie-consent choices. They are required for the requested service or for the consent mechanism to work.

  • Authentication cookie: identifies an authenticated Envly session so the user can access their account and projects.
  • Session cookie: maintains temporary server-side session state required for security-sensitive flows such as OAuth.
  • Cookiebot consent cookie: records your consent preferences so they can be respected on later visits.

Cookie duration and expiry may depend on the selected authentication flow, browser behavior and server configuration. These cookies are not used to build advertising profiles.

3. Google Analytics cookies

With your statistics consent, Envly uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, measure page visits and interactions, diagnose usage trends and improve the service. Google Analytics may process information such as visited pages, approximate location, browser and device information, referring pages and interaction events.

  • _ga: distinguishes visitors. Its default lifetime is two years, although browser restrictions or our configuration may shorten it.
  • _ga_<container-id>: preserves session state. Its default lifetime is two years, although browser restrictions or our configuration may shorten it.

Google provides the Analytics service and may process analytics data on Envly’s behalf. For more information, read Google’s Privacy Policy. Envly does not use these cookies to display personalised advertising.

4. Consent

Cookiebot manages consent for optional cookies. Google Analytics cookies are enabled only when you consent to statistics cookies. You can refuse them or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookiebot consent controls. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Managing cookies

Browser controls let you inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking Envly’s necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and may stop account, project and checkout features from working correctly. Blocking analytics cookies does not prevent you from using Envly. You can remove stored cookies by signing out, changing your Cookiebot preferences or using your browser settings.

6. Future changes

If Envly introduces additional cookies, this policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be requested before those cookies are used.

7. Contact

Questions about cookies can be sent to info@envly.dev. For broader information about personal data, read the Privacy Policy.
