Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Envly, including paid subscriptions.
Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. About Envly
Envly provides tools for creating projects, storing and managing environment variables, organizing development, staging and production environments, and collaborating through project memberships and invitations. In these Terms, “Envly”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Envly as the service provider.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and, if you act for an organization, authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use Envly.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Envly supports account credentials and Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly at info@envly.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Projects, content and collaboration
You retain responsibility for project names, environment variables and other content submitted to Envly. Project administrators can invite members and assign roles that determine access. You must only upload, share or invite others to content and projects that you are authorized to manage.
You grant Envly the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display your content solely to operate, secure and improve the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Envly to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- access accounts, projects or systems without authorization;
- introduce malicious code or disrupt the service;
- probe, bypass or undermine security or usage limits; or
- resell or misuse the service except under a separate written agreement.
6. Plans, subscriptions and project limits
Available features and project limits depend on your plan. Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis at the price shown before checkout. Unless you terminate the subscription, it renews automatically for successive monthly periods. You can manage or terminate an eligible subscription from your Envly profile.
Changes, cancellation and any applicable refund rights are subject to mandatory law and the terms displayed during purchase. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Payments
Stripe processes paid subscriptions. Envly receives billing and subscription status information needed to provide the purchased plan, but does not store your full card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices apply to its payment processing.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Envly available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably practical if a material change affects your use.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Envly and may delete your account through the available account controls. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse or address a material breach of these Terms. Account deletion may permanently remove associated data.
10. Intellectual property
Envly and its software, branding and service materials are owned by Envly or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains authorized; they do not transfer ownership of Envly intellectual property.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Envly is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any additional liability limitation applicable to Envly must be completed after the provider’s registration and governing-law details above are finalized.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, disputes will be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law; for consumers, the court of the consumer's domicile or residence.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Questions can be sent to info@envly.dev. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
